Returns policy

Not completely happy? Return any unused item within 100 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned with original packaging and tags still attached. Return postage is at your cost, except for faulty or incorrect items.

How to return

  1. Open a return for the relevant order in your account.
  2. Pack your return securely and include a note with your name, order number, and the items being returned.
  3. Post your return to the address below.

How to get started:

  4. Select the order you want to return and follow the steps to open a return.

Outside the EU? Ask your post office for a CN22 form and label the package "return" to avoid import duties.

Faulty or wrong items

Received a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us with details and a photo. We’ll cover return costs and arrange a refund or replacement.

Refunds & exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 days and you'll receive an email confirmation.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If your original order was discounted or you're charged shipping on the new order, get in touch with your order number and we'll refund the difference.
