• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above your belly button
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat

These measurements are taken flat from the garment itself, not the body.

• Compare: Use a similar item you own. Lay it flat and measure with a tape.
• Match: Use the chart above to choose your size, depending on whether you prefer a relaxed or closer fit.

Measurement points:

• Waist width: Measure straight across the waistband from side to side
• Hip width: Measure straight across the at the fullest point below the waistband
• Thigh width: Measure straight across the thigh at the crotch level
• Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam straight down the inside leg to the hem
